Brian spent 40 years building homes across Chautauqua County through his company, Homes by Malta Inc. Framing, roofing, siding, decks. He knows how water moves around a house because his job was making sure it went where it was supposed to.

In 2008, customers he had built for started asking if he could clean the houses too. The green streaks on the north side, the moss on the roof, the deck that had gone gray. He bought the right equipment, figured out a way to bring his own water, and Brian Malta Pressure Washing was born.

Along the way he made one decision that sets him apart from most of the outfits in the phone book: no bleach. Brian washes with Wash Safe Supreme instead, an oxygen-powered cleaner that breaks down into water and oxygen within hours. It takes a little more care, but nobody has ever called him back about a dead hedge.
